How Can I Be saved?

For man to be saved, he must first realize he is lost.  What does it mean to be lost?  To be lost is to be without God in your life.  We know that Adam, the first man whom God created from the dust of the earth, was created perfect.  He was also given a choice.  In Genesis, chapter 3, we see that Adam fell away from God by his disobedience.  God said, in the day that you eat the forbidden fruit, surely you will die.  Adam lived 900 and some years after he fell away from God, so we know God was talking about spiritual death.  Adam had become spiritually dead after he sinned against God. Now you and I have to be brought back to life.  God sent His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Heavenly Father, I recognize my sin and know that I need a Savior.  I believe Jesus died on the cross in my place to pay the cost for my sin!  I believe that God rose Him from the dead.  Jesus is alive!!!  Lord, now forgive me of all my sin, I receive you as my savior. amen . . .
