Healing on the Streets of Cincinnati
What a time we had during the street revival held on the lawn of Calvary United Methodist Church! You know, God isn’t concerned about denominational names. It’s wherever two or three are gathered in His name that He is in the midst of them. Hundreds of bottles of water (seasoned with prayer) were passed out, along with tracts that read, “Do You Know Jesus?” What started out to be a 3-day revival turned into 8 days as we proclaimed Jesus to that entire neighborhood during those hot July nights.
Even though the devil tried to discourage us with rain, we just moved the services into the sanctuary for two of those nights. Other nights, we saw people pull over and stop their cars, listening to the anointed music. Some got out and stayed for the service, while other cars slowed way down as they drove by. We saw souls saved, lives touched by God, and many receive His deliverance and healing.
The second night, a lady came for prayer, telling Bill that she was legally blind and could only see some shadows. In faith, Bill prayed and asked her what she saw. She told Bill that he was wearing a striped shirt. Bill prayed again and again asked her what she saw. This time she could see the brass cross with a red cloth in the front of the church.
